- Instrument Design - Following a significant restructuring, a multinational CPG organization engaged Global Aspect to create a customized survey based on its newly minted employee value proposition (EVP). Following a baseline measure to establish a starting point on their cultural transformation, subsequent census and pulse surveys provided important updates on progress and course corrections in their cultural journey.
