Full-Service Survey Support (We do it all for you)

Whether this is your very first Culture and Engagement survey effort or you have a long history of surveying employees, Global Aspect has the technology, tools and expertise to support you through every phase (pre-launch preparation, survey administration, reporting and organizational change). Working in partnership, we begin by seeking to clarity around your program objectives and critical success metrics. With those outcomes in mind, we then work backwards to create content (survey as well as messaging strategy and communications material) and a process for follow-up to support those objectives (culture change, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, etc.). Throughout the process, we will guide and provide expert advice, increasing or decreasing our input as a function of your previous experience and desire for support. Normative benchmarks, rules-of-thumb, and best-practices are part of what we provide.  

Sustainable Change - In addition to supporting clients in capturing critical insight through our custom survey solutions, we can also help translate those data into tangible actions. Our team has the expertise and to guide clients through the action-planning process and can also provide a deeper level of support (e.g., recommended actions, 1:1 leader coaching sessions, pulse surveys) where it is desired.  

Targeted Consulting (You administer the survey; We offer expertise where you need it)

Some clients are simply looking to engage Global Aspect as an objective external resource for a specific purpose. For example:
  • Instrument Design - Following a significant restructuring, a multinational CPG organization engaged Global Aspect to create a customized survey based on its newly minted employee value proposition (EVP). Following a baseline measure to establish a starting point on their cultural transformation, subsequent census and pulse surveys provided important updates on progress and course corrections in their cultural journey. 
  • People Analytics/Data Interpretation - For several years now, a global software developer has engaged Global Aspect to analyze their engagement survey results (pulse and census surveys), interpret the results, and provide recommendations to senior leaders. Because the software firm's external survey vendor does not provide content or post-survey consulting support, Global Aspect fulfills that need.
These are just a couple examples of how Global Aspect supports clients who seek support to address specific needs. While many of these targeted engagements have developed into long-term relationships, that is not a requirement. ​
