Employee Surveys 101 Certification
From Survey Strategy to Organizational Transformation - Join us to Become an Internal Survey Expert and Change Consultant to Your Organization
Is your organization lost in a sea of employee surveys with no common strategy, vaguely worded questions, and/or poorly executed processes? Are you looking for a way to measure your unique culture and actions to promote cultural transformation? Are leaders suffering from post-survey analysis paralysis and don't have an internal expert help turn data into insight? If so, consider joining us for one of the upcoming one-day Surveys 101 sessions.
In the one-day course, Dr. Kyle Lundby shares survey consulting best practices, including tips, guidelines, and tools to prepare attendees to serve as internal survey experts. Whether your organization uses a licensed survey platform (Qualtrics, Glint, etc.) or a full-service vendor (Aon, Kenexa, etc.), you will find value in the information and the practical tools that are provided. We start with critical high-level considerations (survey strategy, senior leader buy-in, accountability for action, best practices and barriers to change-management), then move into practical considerations and deliverables for each survey phase (planning, design, administration, reporting, follow-up).
Throughout the day, participants share their own experiences, challenges, and practical solutions. Each attendee receives a binder (and electronic copies) containing articles, tools and templates that can be used at each survey stage. Print and electronic materials include:
For internal HR/OD practitioners who are responsible for developing and administering surveys using a licensed platform, this session provides valuable tips, tools, and best-practices that they can put to work in their next survey program. For those who work with an external survey provider, the material from this class will help them be better partners to the external vendor teams, and empower those individuals to support and guide their own internal stakeholders.
