Kyle Lundby, Ph.D.

Dr. Kyle Lundby brings nearly twenty years of experience to client engagements. He has served in senior positions with many of the best-known providers of human capital solutions, including Valtera Corporation (Director, Asia Pacific Region), Kenexa (Director and Executive Global Survey Consultant), Gantz Wiley Research (Executive Consultant) and Questar (Senior Consultant). Since 2012, when he started Global Aspect Human Capital Advisors, Dr. Lundby has been partnering directly with organizations large and small to facilitate organizational culture and change efforts, build cross-cultural competence, and leverage employee opinion surveys to attract, engage, and retain key talent.
Throughout his career, Dr. Lundby has had the pleasure of working with many of the best-known and admired global brands, including Mondelēz International, HSBC, Bank of America, Unilever, Ingersoll Rand, Toyota, Subaru, ANZ Bank, Foster's, and Best Buy. He has lived and worked in the east and the west, with client experiences that cut across industries and cultures. With this broad background and deep level of expertise in human capital measurement, Dr. Lundby brings a balanced perspective and practical approach every engagement. And as founder of Global Aspect, he has both a desire to create long-term partnerships with every client, and the freedom to offer solutions that best meet the needs of those client partners.
Dr. Lundby holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee and a Master's from San Diego State University.
Kristofer J. Fenlason, Ph.D.
Senior Associate
Dr. Fenlason has over 30 years of experience in survey design, analysis and evidence-based change. His external consulting experience includes clients from a variety of industries and both public and private sectors, including 3M, American Express, AT&T, Boeing, Ford of Canada, Kellogg's, Home Depot, P&G, Rockwell, Shell, Safeway, The World Bank, and the US National Guard. Dr. Fenlason has designed surveys focused on organizational strategy and culture, as well as climate, diversity and inclusion, and engagement. He has created multiple supports and systems for action planning to ensure impactful, sustainable change. He has diagnosed hundreds of organizational units, conducted hundreds of employee feedback groups and analyzed hundreds of thousands of employee survey comments. He has over three dozen public work-products to his credit — book chapters, articles, workshops and presentations — chiefly focused on surveys (e.g., online methods, strategic surveying, organizational culture, gender bias, use of comments).
Across his career Dr Fenlason has served in multiple professional consulting and leadership roles within several consulting firms, including National Computer Systems (NCS), Questar, Consulting Psychologists Inc (CPI), and Data Recognition Corporation. In 2021, he culminated his 10 year internal consulting career at 3M as the Global Survey Leader for an employee population of over 90,000.
Dr. Fenlason holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is a past Norms Chair of the Mayflower Group – a survey consortium.
